Project Summary
This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom foreclosure underwent a complete facelight from the roof down and gutters down to the plumbing. In addition to fresh paint inside and out, we replaced the windows, added a new driveway and electric garage door, installed a new furnace, pex plumbing and electrical panel as well as a master bath, vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen/dining room and new carpet in the bedrooms. The bathrooms received tile flooring as did the entry way. We added new lighting and bathroom fixtures along with a fully landscaped fenced yard to round out this bread 'n' butter ranch style home. The new owners love it!
