This 1950's charmer underwent a complete refurbishment by reconfiguring the kitchen, opening it up to the dining room and living room. Then we added a master suite by converting the former hall bathroom into the master bath and by adding a new hall bathroom - both with vinyl plank flooring and tile shower/baths. We also installed a new roof and vinyl windows, built a hallway laundry closet and rejuvenated the original hardwood floors. The house also received new paint inside and out along with landcaping front and back. Living space was converted back to a garage while we converted the added on storage room into a fourth bedroom. Top it off with a built-in wine bar/hutch and all new lighting fixtures and voila! The make-over was complete!
